labeling and web material. For industry, we
are always seeking specialists in Life Sciences, Technology
(Software) and Energy, plus other verticals.

Linguistic Requirements
ABLE Innovations utilizes translators who translate into their native language, primarily but not exclusively from English. Ideal candidates will have significant technical translation experience in the localization or other technical industry and a technical translation degree and/or equivalent accreditation.
ABLE Innovations often seeks professional, full-time translators with a minimum of three years of experience translating in a given technical field. We also consider foreign-trained engineers, scientists and other professionals with technical editing experience.
Preference is given to linguists who maintain a current terminology database, use appropriate reference material and have experience using computer-aided-translation tools.
Technical Requirements
All translators and editors with whom we work must use a computer with current operating environment and software and have full access to the Internet. As is the industry practice, ABLE Innovations sends and receives documents for translation, editing and formatting almost exclusively via e-mail or FTP.
