ABLE Innovations Introduces Next-Generation of Customer Service and Support in Globalization
Two industry veterans, Kaarina Kvaavik and Sheila Morgan, join ABLE Innovations' management team
January 11, 2006 - BOSTON, MA - The content and product globalization firm, ABLE Innovations, has significantly bolstered the profile of its client services practice with the addition of two new partners, Sheila Morgan and Kaarina Kvaavik. Sheila Morgan, who will serve as VP of Client Services at ABLE, has led the localization practice at Connect, worked as account management director at Bowne Global Solutions and managed localization at Wang Laboratories. "Whether they're sales reps, internationalization engineers, tech writers, project managers or globalization gurus, everyone at ABLE shares a number of common qualities," explains Morgan. "I am excited about working with people who are demonstrated experts in their fields with a passion for customer service."

Kaarina Kvaavik joins the ABLE management team as VP of Business Development. She most recently served as business development executive at Lingoport, was a member of the management team at VistaTEC and directed international product management at PC DOCS and Dragon Systems.
