With Project Closure, all the hard work comes to fruition. The localized product is sent to the client for acceptance. It is important for you to determine at this stage that we, as your vendor and trusted partner, have fulfilled our obligations, as we are sincere about The ABLE Guarantee of quality service.
Upon acceptance, files plus translation memory are archived in an ISO-9001 system. The archive is quite important. For should you localize a new version or similar product, translation from the first project can be recycled to leverage prior work and minimize new work. Secondly, recycling also leverages key terms so versions of your product have a similar, standard language usage.
Finally, as a standard part of the ABLE methodology, ABLE Innovations performs a post-project analysis, organized by the Project Manager. The focus here is on capturing lessons learned for future projects. Naturally, you will be invited to this meeting since your feedback will help us to fine-tune our processes and operating policies.
