In Project Evaluation, ABLE Innovations uses best-of-breed approach to analyze a client's localization needs and to understand their expectations. We become innovative on the client's behalf and select an optimal combination of processes and tools to speed time-to-market, assure quality, and save them money. And this information is presented to the client in a proposal.
- Our Request For Proposal (RFP) application
Assists clients to efficiently and easily provide the requisite information which allows ABLE Innovations to complete the Project Evaluation. ABLE also offers our Document Transfer System (DTS), a secure content management system for the transfer and tracking of documents.
- Our Rapid Proposal Generation Process (RPGP)
Creates an estimated budget and project schedule within two days of client request. The added-value to our clients is the accuracy and completeness of the proposals.
The proposal is sent to the client for approval. After client approval of project and receipt of complete set of translatables, the initial estimate is converted into firm baselines. Upon approval, ABLE Innovations proceeds with Project Initiation.
Major deliverables of Project Evaluation are estimates of:
- Budget.
- Schedule.
- Risk.
- Recommendation on localization approach, processes and tools.
- Scope of objectives, deliverables, initial Work Breakdown Structure, constraints, assumptions and change management.
- Proposal.
