Project Execution is where the main localization work occurs, yet execution is dependent on proper planning of prior phases. In this phase, the team is educated on your particular product, the localization processes are performed and all of the project deliverables are created.
Project Execution is quite affected by the proper mix of processes and tools, so great care is taken to find the most efficient blend; and all work is monitored by the Project Manager who is responsible for Project Control.
Major deliverables of Project Execution are:
- Target language localization kits.
- Localized files ready for testing.
- Completed translator/editor checklists.
- Screenshots.
