Upon client acceptance of the proposal from Project Evaluation, Project Initiation occurs and work can begin. ABLE Innovation assigns a Project Manager, who in turn assembles a qualified team skilled in your industry, subject matter and requisite technical expertise.
The Project Manager utilizes certain tools to optimize quality and rapidity of the project. ABLE Innovations' Project Tracking System organizes and maintains information regarding the project as the initiative moves into Project Planning.
Major deliverables of Project Initiation are:
- Signed and approved contract.
- Assignment of Project Manager.
- Formal start of project.
