His time at Stryker Medical – Sage stands out as a defining chapter in his career. During his tenure, Jim helped lead the business through a period of exceptional growth, multiplying revenues several times over and helping to position the company as a market leader in hospital-based care. His work helped set new standards in patient care.
Jim has led the development and launch of multiple product lines, delivering solutions that streamline operations across diverse healthcare environments. Further, he has built a strong reputation for turning clinical insights into successful product strategies.
As we continue to scale our impact, Layer’s experience in building and commercializing medical technologies that solve real-world problems, will help ensure our patient transfer solution meets the needs of a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
